She could’ve looked into placing her in a facility for people with disabilities or a group home for adults even a day center where they give them stuff do and help them develop skills

I watched a doccie on this. Barbara really lived a painful life and carried so much guilt. It ended with her saying she missed Debbie so much. She looked much more peaceful after prison.
