She is useful with that stealth, someone distracting? Walk around them the twisteds will chase the one with the lowest stealth

I have sprout Shelly Astro and pebble and I enjoy using toodles the most she is very good and I personally recommend her she is good for solo runs my opinions she is good for beginers due to the price

funfact: toodles can also be a pretty decent kiter!! obviously she can’t do as much but with the kiting trinkets she can almost outwalk most common and uncommon twisteds ^_^

I use toodles as a newer player to be an all arounder character with the book and blue bandana so she can extract easier so I can solo since everyone seems to die fast

Toodles is really only good as a temp distractor (If you need to save someone on 1 heart) but when paired with the wrench and bandana she makes a pretty good extractor imo! (Tho I want the Veemote :()

I'm using toodles as her extractor and her trinkets is sweet charm and machine manual. sweet charm is for cooldown active skill and machine manual for faster extracting speed bcuz.
