I had an overgrowth of ureaplasma which travelled up my mirena and I developed PID which led to sepsis and nearly died which sucked but worst part is I’m not infertile due to scar tissue

I just do a ural any time I have s*x now 😅 my chronic UTIs are much better atm, I haven’t needed antibiotics in ages. Be especially careful with new partners too - jumping in the shower after helps
