I think people assume free bleeding is you bleeding all over yourself and clothes 😂😂 period pants are more absorbant than pads , I love them !! Primark do great period bedtime shorts too x

Primark period pants all the way! if you need to change whilst out make sure you have a waterproof bag to pop one in and there should be 0 odour off them! my periods have been lighter and less painful

Period knickers are so good. Before I bought them I thought it would be gross but they are so much better than pads. I don't have heavy periods though so don't know what it's like for heavier flows.

I have just been put on tranexamic acid for lighter periods and Mefenamic acid for making pain bearable and can confirm has changed my life the endo girlies and pcos girlies need to know about it.
