I can’t get used to metronome clicking. I went from garage band days of winging it to trying to learn clicking metronome rhythms.

Drummer here. The worst is when the crowd starts clapping (literally always off tempo) but your trying to stay in tempo with the click lol

I always put WAY more in my ears. I cannot imagine playing a show without hearing the rest of the band; I need to hear the kick/snare, plus bass and a little bit of vocals

That's why I prefer floor monitors.. I'm not a fan of the in-ear monitors when playing live. I love to hear and feel the crowd. 💯
