@the_rustic_c00k: Garlic and lemon lamb chops _____________________________ Recipe for 20 lamb chops 🥩grab a bowl 🥩add 4tbsp yogurt and 3 tbsp oil 🥩2tbsp tomato paste/puree 🥩4 garlic and ginger cubes (you can use fresh) 🥩1 tsp salt, garam masala, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and coriander powder (add more or less, depending on your taste) 🥩1/2 tsp paprika 🥩3 tbsp lemon juice and dry parsley 🥩4tsp @schwartz.uk pepper & garlic steak seasoning 🥩A handful of coriander 🥩mix it all together and pour onto your lamb chops - and coat in the delicious masala 🥩marinade and leave to soak up, for at least 3 hours 🥩add a little oil to a pan, let it heat up for a minute, so your lamb sizzles, as it hits the pan 🥩shallow fry / air fry/ bake etc 🥩I shallow fried mine for around 5 minutes on each side- (well done) baste with the masala juices , after turning 🥩leave them to rest for 5 minutes - garnish with roughly chopped mint 🥩we had our lamb chops with herby mashed potatoes and gravy 🥩enjoy #lamb#lambchops #foodtiktok #lambchopsrecipe #fyp #lambrecipes #foryoupage #foodasmr #homegrownherbs
