@tylerpath: My favorite back machine of all time has to be the nautilus isolateral pulldown. Forget the kneeling cable pulldown or the lat pulldown with a mag grip — if you have this machine at your gym, def use it. This comes down to: 1) iso-lateral which generally helps with comfortability and minimizes muscle imbalances from getting worse 2) stable which allows us to push to failure with less limiting factors 3) more mid ranged focused (in the case for the lats, may be better than a purely lengthened focused exercise because of some evidence suggesting lats lose leverage when your arm is up higher overhead ( ~120 degrees of humeral elevation) 4) it’s a nautilus machine (jk, but they do make a lot of good equipment) #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
