This is rather alarming 😳❗️ 1️⃣ Housing/Real estate: I mean we already see it now. Buying a home is almost unattainable today, with the high sales prices, over asking price and interest rates...good luck. 2️⃣ New cars: Vehicles prices are also skyrocketing. Every year, over $60 billion worth of car maintenance goes unperformed. Isn’t that crazy? 3️⃣ Vacations: We are simple vacationers, camping and such but with higher costs overall, it’s becoming less attainable. And for most unfortunately money for trips now have to go to necessities because just the cost to be alive let alone have multiple kids is astronomical these days. 4️⃣ Healthcare: Even if you’re fortunate enough to have decent healthcare through your work, it still is a ton of money each paycheck. And from experience healthcare is needed for when tragedy may strike, trust me I didn’t think it would ever happen to us. 5️⃣ Child care: I was fortunate enough to stay home when my kids were little but even with them in school and working a 9-5 the aftercare costs were almost as much as a mortgage!!! LET THAT SINK IN! 6️⃣ Retirement: I know a lot people who are retired, but have had to get jobs to supplement their retirement income. Or have to push it retirment because they can’t afford it right now! Working so hard for so many years to not be able to enjoy them in retirement is devastating for folks. 7️⃣ Investments/ savings: Yea), this is why you need multiple streams of income! Isn’t it such a scary and sad statistic that most people in the US don’t have a savings or investments. NOW, MORE THAN EVER is it so important to have multiple streams of income & learning how to monetize your social media to pay your bills! 3.5 months ago I got out of my comfort zone and made a change using my social media platform.
