Life Update: I just got let go by my former influencer marketing wgrncy. I’m now a free agent ( is that what you call it ?) self managed content creator is what I mean. According to my meeting with my former agency’s spokesperson “ I have been sitting under their standard threshold and haven’t been making enough revenue. As a result they don’t feel right continuing to take a percentage of my business moving forward” I’m not gonna say I didn’t see this coming. I’ve been mentally preparing for more than a year now. As you guys know I’ve had a bit of issue growing my platforms and my reach, following and engagement went down over the couple of years cos of the platform sh**owba**nning my content, which is out of my control. I’ve tried growing on new accounts and I’m still working on it but I knew it was only a matter of time. At the end of the day it’s business. Anyways I’m always a tiny bit happy when things change around in my life( even if it feels upsetting ) cos I know it’s for a bigger purpose. Grateful for the opportunity with my previous agency and their patience and support through it all I know this wasn’t an easy decision for them to make. As always, I’m excited and thankful for this new chapter. My new work email is posted in my bio for likeminded brands looking to partner up and as always I can’t wait to carry you along on this new journey 🙌🏿🤍
