Is balut a term for a different language? Lol, I’m from Alaska and am an Alaska Native Yupik. We collect eggs in May and some start being that way and we love it. And it’s different type of eggs; we get seagull, duck, goose, swan, arctic tern, ptarmigan eggs, etc. They taste so good when they’re like that!

I always cook mine for 26 it’s supposed to me 25-28 minutes and i always have tons of soup in mine!! Try it w salt and pepper and there should be Vietnamese coriander that goes w it!
