went to my doctor for anxiety symptoms.they said my vit D levels were low and to go to psychiatrist. I kid you not the first 5 minutes there the lady was prescribing me SSRIS.

I was put on lexipro at age 8 and I flushed it down the toilet every time my mom gave it to me… she thought I was on it for 12 years 😂 and thought it was doing wonders, even tho I never took it 😂

1)I’ve been prescribed meds I’m diagnosed a lot of things. I stopped taking my meds after someone dear to me passed away. Although I spiraled for a bit, I feel better than I did when I was on my meds.
