@ana.fitness.vsg: I hate to admit it, I been in a funk… I could say ever since my dad past away I been trying to pull myself together, it will be a year next month and I feel like I just can’t seem to get over all these obstacles. I know you all come here for inspo but I have to be honest and vulnerable I don’t have it all figured out like some of you think. I just keep trying even through the rough days. If I’m honest I the excuses get the best of me, every possible reason in the rainbow from the fact that I work a lot, to the fact that I’m overly exhausted, and then just emotionally eating when I feel sad or overwhelmed which has been a lot lately. Yes I smile and I’m a pretty happy person, I have no reason why not to, I’m blessed beyond belief, I just want you all to know that it’s ok we don’t have it all together and that it’s ok if we may have hit some hurdles. I’m here with you struggling some days, but we will get through it 🫶🏼 stay strong 💞
