We found that threading the piece before spraying increases adhesion. Doubles surface area.

I worked in a place making containers for gennys and big switch rooms ect the cabins needed to be arc zinc sprayed 😳. il never forget the taste in my mouth every time one was done 😱😱😱

Is there a reason why you're not using coolant when machining, given that you've burnt a few tips out now? Is it not effective on pieces this big? Or just that your machine doesn't have it set up?
