What if you have an IUD and don’t bleed. I have all the symptoms and my OB did a blood test. say I’m not menopausal. what can I do to manage my symptoms? Body temp regulation issues, moody, exhaust

I have all the symptoms and I’ve been told at 47. I’m too young and dismissed told to move more eat less. Oh. That is going to combat stiffness insomnia and night sweats.
