It’s came from a rethread kit for sump plugs. Simone in the past has stripped it so it’s been retreaded. Heat that washer to reshape and get a bit thread tape on it. Or a Renault crush washer may work

Heat up the washer to soften the copper. Use a blow torch until cherry red in colour. You will be able to reuse the washer again

Any hydraulic supplier or heat your existing copper ring up using fire until it changes colour. Then dunk it in cold water. Good as new.

it's a simple washer, most hydraulic places sell them. we use Bearings, Transmission and Pneumatics (BTP)
