Mine changes all the time and I smoke too. But I think mine is related to being automatic/ auto immune. because its not supposed to hurt. if it hurt? ur automatic or auto immune

I have a geographic and fissures tongue but I've had them since I was young so alcohol and smoking wasn't a factor for me
