Three things that helped me⬇️ 1- Consistency is 🔑 even if you don’t feel like it… remember to ALWAYS move your body!! I would go to the gym but even on my rest days I would still do something like yoga. If you’re busy with your kiddos.. even if it’s just going for a walk or playing soccer with them. It’s still something and I promise you will feel so much better🫶🏼 2- be patient with yourself- this was a hard one for me. If you think about it.. it takes nine months to grow a human.. your body changes so much during that time, so give yourself some grace mama!! I know everyone is different but it personally took me around two years to finally feel like myself again from all the hormone changes. Still TOTALLY WORTH IT🥹 3- this might be an unpopular opinion for some.. but diets are just not it!!🙈 Diets are temporary and when there’s relapses it makes it discouraging and harder to start over again. I know it does take longer for results but it shouldn’t be a trend… it needs to be a lifestyle. I think it’s healthier imo!! For example- you had a chicken salad for dinner, but you feel like something sweet? Then treat yourself to a cookie!!
