@platedbypadda: The easiest and fluffiest 4-INGREDIENT NAAN! So simple, delicious, and packs a bit of extra protein into your meal. 👩🏻‍🍳 follow @platedbypadda for more healthy, easy Indian recipes! INGREDIENTS - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 2 tsp baking powder - 3/4 tsp salt - 3/4 cup greek yogurt for garnish: - ghee - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - cilantro, chopped DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the Dough: Reserve about a tablespoon of flour for dusting. Combine the rest of the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. 2. Mix In Yogurt: Add the greek yogurt and mix until all ingredients are combined (it’ll be crumbly). 3. Knead the dough: Knead until smooth. Add yogurt or flour as needed to get a smooth consistency. 4. Divide and Roll: Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized pieces. Roll each ball of dough with your hands and dust with reserved flour. 5. Roll Out the Dough: Use a rolling pin to flatten each ball to about 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. 6. Heat the Skillet: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. 7. Cook the Naan: Once it’s hot, place the naan in the skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on the first side until browned and puffed. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 8. Finish and Garnish: Brush the cooked naan with ghee and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped cilantro. Enjoy! #indianfood #proteinrecipes #naan #EasyRecipes #homemade

If you don’t have self rising flour, use this recipe so good and it tastes better than the ones you buy in the store
