I sat quiety taking names and later complained directly to the airlines once I got home. I got refunded for all my costs and a voucher. You don’t need to be the loudest in the room to get results!

Man I be feelin terrible for the employees. They don’t make the planes come and go. They don’t control delays and cancellations. It’s fucked up to be mad at them.

Getting mad at customer service reps for a flight is mad goofy. If you do that you are one of the worst types of people. They have no control of planes. Don’t shoot the messenger

Well it "wasted" on day of their average 80 years of life. It did however teach the angry ones that shouting and screaming at gate staff doesn't actually get results unless that result is a ban.
