Add the nacho cheese dip, cooked rice and beef. Fold tightly into a burrito shape and pan fry for a few minutes to keep the shape held.  💗In a bowl, add the cheese slices and milk. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir to combine and if needed microwave for an extra 15 seconds.  💗Slice the burritos and pour over the nacho cheese sauce or use it to dip, scattering with fresh coriander.
