this. I see videos all the time of people making salads but then the dressing has a quarter cup of oil and I'm baffled that they're eating 500 calories in just oil and don't realize it.

never heard of granola on top of oats, I do 40g of oats, some protein powder, zero fat yogurt, frozen raspberries, some other, fruit 2 halves of walnuts and some dark chocolate,- 400cal

I can vouch for this. Needed to lose weight so ate super healthy. 2 months later I jumped on the scales and gained 8kg 😂 now I calorie count and I’m slowly losing

Seriously though, I eat oatmeal every morning but it’s a 1/4 cup of oats made with water and some fruit on top! Keeps me full all morning and is about 300 calories.

Putting nut butter and nuts into something is a sure way to rack up calories. I have 30-50 gms of oats, oat milk and a little sprinkle of nuts seeds and dried fruit (a little not a lot) for under 400

Straange porrige! I eat porrige (grains and water) every morning with applesauce (homemade, only apple and water) or lingonberry jam and milk. 200 kcal. Second breakfast some protein, like 150 kcal
