my kids and I have a "danger word" if I use it in public it means no messing around get to me as fast as poss. it's a discreet word too if I have to shout it across a playground etc

My child has just started playing outside with her friends (she’s 7) I make her check back home every 10 mins and im ill the whole time until she comes back again 🥺
