@lesliecfitness: I remember thinking I would never lose the weight and I would be stuck in a body I hated 😞 I was so scared to start a fitness journey. I have tired so many ways in the past to try and lose weight. It felt like I put in so much work and seen no results. It was super frustrating and just felt burnt out. I was scared of letting myself down once again and be disappointed once again. But the thing is, in my past i never had the help. I always tried on my own, bouncing around from diet to diet seeing what works best, not actually giving them enough time to even see if I would work or not. I alway thought if I didn’t see results the first week it wasn’t working. I decided to do it differently and get help this time. Taking all the guess work out of it! The coach had to do the work and all I had to do implement! This is the only time I have even seen lasting results! 🙌🏻 At first I didn’t have the belief in myself I would even lose 10lbs but I ended up losing 50lbs in 7 months!!! Thinking that I almost didn’t get the help and that I could potentially STILL be 50lbs heavier blows my mind!!! Thank god I took the leap and got the help I needed because it changed my life and I fell in love with fitness and nutrition and now I help moms just like myself do the same thing!!!♥️ Jump scared my friend.
