Tip 3: To prevent bicep tear never release all the way down.
Tip 4: To prevent bicep tear don't lift too heavy.
Worst biceps exercise if you don't know what you're doing.

Hated these cause during my last couple of reps I’d unknowingly rely on my stronger arm to get me back up which created muscle imbalance. Dumbbells are the way to go
