2 weeks ago I spent 34 popcorn and two drinks, 18 on tickets, this was during the day on a Monday. It's either kick her out or refund everyone else their money. It's not fair to other people

It’s a shame, but it’s so expensive to see films at theaters. It’s a luxury. If anyone is being disruptive they need to be removed. The family needed to wait until they can watch the movie at home.

Not all places are suitable for all needs. My local cinema do certain showings for kids & people with different needs, be it CC for deaf people or lower volume for Autism etc.

My son is loud during movies, he’s not good with theaters, you know what I do? I take him to the drive in so my family is the only one that has to hear and deal with it. There are options

I feel bad but at the same time I get it, my adhd would be going crazy, & on top of that we don’t even know what movie it was could’ve been a movie where being quiet is essential

it's not fair to the other patrons , from personal experience I had someone like this during a showing of Indiana Jones , it was nonstop I couldn't understand the movie at all , I asked a manager and

AMC theatres offers sensory friendly showings for family films on the second and fourth Saturday of the month (at least where I’m at). They need to expand this concept to more theatres

I feel like your point is right, like to me there’s a difference between necessity and pleasure. If you need to travel, and your baby cries, like what else can you do. But if you are out watching-

if it's a kid's movie where you kind of know it's gonna be a bit loud, totally fine. but any other type of movie, it's not fair to other patrons if someone is being loud

My one year wouldn't be quiet during a movie, she wanted to talk to everyone and when I tried to keep her quiet she started crying. I got my things and left.

if the only way to see a movie was in the theater it would be one thing but it's not. you can rent new releases at home and the theater is a quiet place period.

Here’s what happened when I was a kid+ I also have autism: if I couldn’t be quiet, my mom would just take me out of the theatre and leave. Other people shouldn’t have to deal with it.

I wouldnt be distracted. There’s noise at home during a movie. But patrons can get a refund and go to a different showing if it truly bothers them.

It's not fair at all, but there needs to be a better way of accommodating. I get both sides. I wouldn't wanna pay for a cinema ticket if there was any disturbance but she has the right to see a movie.

maybe this is harsh, but also it looks like this girl's disability level wouldn't allow her to enjoy the film anyway... why bother everyone else then? choose appropriate activity

I had my son that couldn’t make it quietly thru a movie. I would leave with the little one while my wife stayed watching it with my other kid. Getting a refund, was quick and gave me free tixs.

I was in a theater years ago w/someone with Tourette's and I didn't know that's what it was. It was so loud you couldn't hear the movie and the mother yelled at the audience when mgmt said something.

It’s so so so expensive to go to a movie theater, so if used my hard earned money on minimum wage to see a movie and all I hear is someone making loud noises it would ruin it for everybody. -1/2

There are usually special screenings that permit guests to walk around and make noise during showings. I think some theaters do one to two per month.
