Also if you sign up for a community college you can get a student ID with no year / date on it so it would work forever (depends on your school but mine does this)

mine expires every semester 🥲 but i got a norwegian one from my exchange. it says in Norwegian that i have to show the matching app for the expiration date but tbh who can read norwegian anyways? 😂

My college never put dates on our IDs and told us it was so we could use them after graduating, it’s been 3 years since I graduated and I still use it sometimes 🤷🏻♀️
