The biggest challenge with this cookie was getting Mike’s iris and pupil nice and round - I was holding my breath 😮‍💨 When creating character eyes like this I like to add painted outlines on top which gives me a chance to correct any unevenness in the circles 👀 I used Chefmaster neon gels to get this vibrant green and blue for my icing. #cookieartist #disney #monstersinc #cookiedecoratingvideos
