my mom has been using a water flosser for about a decade and is 62 with healthy teeth. she adds a little mouthwash to hers. she only uses the one that plugs up though 💙

I don’t hold the water in my mouth. Just hang way over the sink with mouth open and watch all the stuff come out. Very satisfying after you eat.
