Then add 1/3 cup of roughly cut sundried tomato that were marinated in olive oil. . 4.Add in 1 tbsp of tomato paste, a couple pinches of salt and pepper, add 1 cup of cream, and mix well. Add a handful of fresh basil and 1/2 cup of finely shredded pecorino. Mix, set to the side. . 5.Cook up 6-8oz of your pasta of choice. I used my Kaizen lowcarb high protein pasta. I just cooked the Kaizen pasta for 5.5 minutes in generously salted water and strained it. . 6.Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss well, then plate it up. You can add more shredded pecorino and fresh basil if you prefer. . ENJOY .
