I have fired trainers who try to make me do burpees. I don’t do burpees. There’s other ways to get cardio than flopping around on the floor like a fish.

For fun I tried aqua Zumba at the Y. The music was awesome and if I loose balance no harm done.

you should do Pilates! The instructors at my studio always say to “honor your body” and do as many modifications as needed

Girl this was F45! I did one class and said F NO! It was waaaaay too fast. I’ve done OTF & that was good not as bad. Can go at your own pace too.
