they can manipulate stock price on a short time frame to get better prices. they constantly quote order books to push price direction with recirculating money from other liquidity providers

They’re based on the algorithms that run the markets. The point is to trade in alignment with the algorithm, not to enter when there’s a liquidity sweep.

Problem with what you say, is that pft and EA algos(banks algos I forex read on BIS) are just based on moving to the path of least ristance, interms of direction, liquidity environments, news, etc

ICT doesn't say anything new, liquidity, order block and everything he says, it was already there from the beginning of trade, he is renamed them. His concepts works, but it was there before him.

Agree with what you’re saying, but thinning out the order book to manipulate price movement in liquid markets happens all the time. It’s what market makers do to manipulate so that zero sum exists
