@kaleb_kleanx: My trick to upselling and which works 90% of the time if you’re doing it to the right client is⬇️ First i will film a video of me doing whatever i want to upsell or before and after pictures( i personally like videos), like headlight restoration, engine bay detail, windshield/ glass coating…..etc whatever it is you’re trying to upsell. Then in the middle of the detail or the beginning depends, i will just show the customer the video or text them, which will build trust and plus they will see the difference instead of you just telling them so that will give u 99% conversion rate most of the time. And instead of typing it every time or trying to find the video on your phone, create a custom folder in ur gallery, label them then put all the videos in there and for the text message just create a template on notes then copy paste and just add there name or whatever!
