For me I always get passed up for an internal hire. Recruiter said the team liked me but decided to hire internally. I’d rather be ghosted than waste my time interview but losing to internal.

Yep - every job I’ve interviewed for and gotten an offer on has been within 2-3 days of the final interview, often later that day or next day.

i got that message after 2 rounds of great interviews and they claimed the recruiters that had contracted were on vacation. a week later, told “no thanks!” with no explanation 🙃

New through a couple of rounds and after a week of not hearing unless I reached out to the recruiter I knew . Fast forward I got three offers and everyone of those jobs the recruiter or bring manager
