I’ve had a lot of these over the past few years to the point I’ve seen more with helicoils than actual threads. The threads are just junk so we offer them the choice to cheap repair or head replacemt

our 2003 Ford escape broke a plug I had to use a helicoil .then when we sold it yr later the guy buying it redlined it in park for 30 seconds to test the engine ,happy to say it's still runnin today

In a normal situation with a factory engine, how often does a spark plug blow out like that? I have never heard of such a thing. I have: 2002 f150, 2012 Hyundai Accent, 2010 Honda mower, lol
