I feel horrible everyday. My stress gets worse bit by bit. I deal with derealization all day long wondering if I’m even human or not. It all feels like a dream. It feels like I could wake up from a long dream. It’s like a loop. Wake up, feeling tired and heavy, then night, feeling like a complete mess again. I’m not lazy because I’m lazy. I’m lazy because I’m struggling. The energy just is lost. I keep getting distracted by negativity. I get annoyed by everyone at school. My depression is getting so bad I feel insane. So at this point if anyone asks me, “are you okay?” Just know, I’m lying if I say I’m fine.
