cupcake order✨ i only really take orders from family and friends. had an order for 12 cupcakes, so made my chocolate and raspberry cupcakes cos this flavour combo is so so good. ~find the recipe on my page✨ Notes: •if you follow my previous recipe on this you’ll see that the cupcake batter overflowed. I managed to get 18 cupcakes with that recipe this time instead of 12, with approx 45g of batter per cupcake which was the perfect height. I use the “KitchenAid Bakeware 12 Cup Muffin Pan”. so the batter didn’t overflow here, but i did still cut the tops off cos it just works better doing it this way with this design. •if you want just 12 cupcakes these are the ingredient amounts: 1 large egg 200g granulated sugar 120ml milk 120ml oil 15ml lemon juice 135g plain flour 35g cocoa powder 1tsp baking soda pinch of salt •from the recipe on my page, for the raspberry buttercream i also adjusted the amount of raspberries used. i used 60g instead of 70g, and i preferred this slightly lighter pink colour!
