My hubbys military, I’m pretty sure it’s a big no no to send photos of your ID but I could be wrong! We never ask for a discount but would be more inclined to rent from someone who advertised one!

I don’t think asking for a military discount would make them a bad guest. A lot of places offer military discounts and you wouldn’t know if you didn’t ask. I agree with asking for a military ID

My husband is a veteran. And he hates the military discount. Refuses to use. I did make him use it for Disney tickets though because iykyk lol.

When a company offers a veteran discount, I proactively show my ID. You shouldn’t have to be asked for it

If your willing to provide a 10% for return bookers it really won’t hurt to do the same for veterans (ID required though)

If they give you proof, then I would!!! I mean they have to show proof at any store or restaurant, so if they truly are a Veteran it won't be a problem!!

No. I wouldn’t. I never offered any discounts(whenever I did, it backfired). My house is priced lower than the area rentals. Love, the spouse of a Vet

My dad never asks unless it’s something corporate and always has his ID on him with proof. Never would’ve thought about it for Bnb unless it was through the website itself
