@eatsbyteks: All my cheesecake lovers today we making Ube burnt basque. It’s delicious creamy and decadent. Follow @eatsbyteks_ for more 🤤 The recipe below is for a 6inch pan/15cm. Ingredients: -350g cream cheese(room temperature) -150g caster sugar -3 eggs -180 ml heavy cream -100g ube jam or yam mixed with condensed milk -1tsp vanilla extract -1tsp ube flavour colouring -5g flour -5g cornstarch -pinch of salt -preheat your oven @200 degrees celsius. -mix your cream cheese and sugar until there are no lumps. -add in the eggs and whisk until combined, then add the heavy cream, vanilla,ube colouring,cornstarch,flour&pinch of salt. -Bake for 40 mins, if the top isnt dark(burnt) broil for 2 mins. -take off the oven let it cool slightly then place in the fridge overnight #burntbasquecheesecake #sansebastian #cheesecakelover #cheesecake #ube
