Everywhere I go, people ask about my diet. In the sauna? Questions. So, here's the breakdown: 'll try also answer more health & fitness questions here in my posts. I practice intermittent fasting, but not in the traditional, rigid way. I don't count hours-I don't even own a stopwatch for this. My approach is simple: I don't eat until I've earned it through training, whether that's lifting heavy or just getting outside and moving. It's about effort, not the clock. I also don't count calories. Never have, never will. Instead, I focus on eating as much as I want, as long as it's from carefully selected, nutrient-dense foods. In these photos, you'll see where I recently noticed I've lost a bit too much weight and size. That's likely from overdoing the fasting and focusing on high-rep, low-weight training. So, I've decided to shake things up-back to heavier weights and throwing in breakfast. For now, I'm dropping the fasting to regain size and strength. Lately, my mornings start with 3-4 eggs and an avocado to kick things off. After training, I'll have some pomegranate juice, a few natural supplements, and maybe something light. In the evening, it's time to feast-up to a kilo of mince or steaks, paired with 4-6 bananas, a kilo of dates, or figs. Dried fruit is my ultimate indulgence. My go-to foods are simple: meat, chicken, fish, eggs, fruit, raw goat milk, yogurt, and kefir. Grains don't make the cut, and vegetables? Rarely-unless they're technically fruits like tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocados. Sweet potatoes show up every now and then. This primal, intentional way of eating has always worked for me-focusing on quality, not restrictions. I eat to fuel my body and lifestyle. No overthinking, just balance and adjustments when needed. Train hard, eat well, and keep it natural. That's the Buckner way
