i also have a pituitary tumor (not removed) and hyperprolactinemia. We tried for about 2 years,had one miscarriage,just when we were about to start looking into fertility treatments we got pregnant!

I did the same thing! Almost like my body tricked me bc I wanted it so bad! When my period would come I would loose it. I came to terms that I need to just let god do his thing.

If you don’t get pregnant within 6 months of trying, given your prolactinoma i would go to a fertility clinic and get someone baseline testing done.
