do you have a Costco Business center? they might have a better selection of meat. they sometimes carry skin on pbelly too.

Wholefoods has been our middle ground. $7.50 a pound for pork belly and $5.50 for the pork shoulder. Great taste.

It’s cheaper to buy your pork belly at a Costco business center..they come in the whole big piece, vacuum pack. Sometime, they carry the pork belly with skin
