Don't cut the headband for the heartless curls, do it like normal but at the end don't tie it with a bobble, tuck it in. It's way more comfortable with heatless curls 👍

I use socks for the curls, just wrap them around the sock and then flip the open and of the sock over the hair and use a rubber band to tie it

those heatless curls do work! there's just different methods, but also don't go to bed with wet hair in a bonnet. it won't dry properly and will definitely not take those curls 😅

Because of the varying lengths of your hair, maybe u should segment out the top and bangs into a either a donut bun w/a nylon sock or a tube that you roll just the bangs. Look up Tatyana on tiktok.

I never had success with overnight curls until I tried the sock method. I do them kinda wrong but it still works and more comfy. Pin top of sock almost right to the part, damp (not wet) hair, bonnet

the only way I can get heatless curls to work is if I mist my hair with water first, use a curl creme, put it up, and then let it mostly air dry before going to bed.

I use socks for my heatless curls! One for either side and it’s WAY more comfortable than a rod if you’re a side sleeper.
