Top 350 wealthiest families and individuals in the UK have a combined wealth of £785 billion, that's only the top 350, I know it's unlikely to be liquid but the point remains.

Water companies have paid out something like 70 billion in dividends since privatisation, councils sold off all their social housing losing income streams, railway paying out big dividends also.

Shell paid UK 15m in tax whilst paying the Norway government over 6 billion, year before that we paid Shell 90 million in tax, yes we paid them whilst they're making 10s of billions in profit yearly.
