Apfel Pekannuss Tarte 🍎 ganz ohne Form Teig: 150g kalte Butter 70g Zucker Prise Salz 1 Eigelb 210g Mehl Füllung: 3-4 Äpfel 1 EL Zucker 1 TL Zimt Handvoll Pekannüsse 1. Alle Zutaten für den Teig verkneten und den Teig 30min kalt stellen. 2. Apfel reiben, den Saft etwas ausdrücken und in einen Topf geben. 3. Zucker, Zimt und Pekannüsse dazugeben, 2-3 min weich kochen und auskühlen lassen. 4. Den Teig kurz durchkneten und ca. auf 28cm Durchmesser ausrollen. 5. Füllung verteilen, den Rand acht mal einschneiden und eingeknickt nach innen klappen (siehe Video). 6. Bei 180C, O|U-Hitze ca. 20-25min backen. 7. Etwas abkühlen lassen, Puderzucker drauf und mit einer Kugel Eis anrichten. 🇬🇧Dough: 150g cold butter 70g sugar pinch of salt 1 egg yolk 210g flour Filling: 3-4 apples 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Handful of pecans 1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough and chill the dough for 30 minutes. 2. Grate the apple, squeeze out the juice a little and put it in a pot. 3. Add sugar, cinnamon and pecans, cook for 2-3 minutes until soft and let cool. 4. Knead the dough briefly and roll it out to a diameter of approx. 28cm. 5. Spread the filling, cut the edge eight times and fold it inwards (see video). 6. Bake at 180C, O|U heat for approx. 20-25 minutes. 7.
