Do not water much at all during summer. Keep the plant outside with not too much sun or water. Once you take it back inside around about now, give it more water and it should start producing flowers.

They don't want food at all or very much water. Treat it more like a succulent then a plant. Also how old is it? They don't always bloom till they are several years old.

Mine flowers when I let it dry and shrivel a bit. If the place it stays is cold, it's even better (but always with light). And then I water it and place it in a warm spot and voilà ^^
