@brufava: One of the best habits I introduced at home was serving a bowl of veggies while I finished cooking dinner. I would casually place the plate of vegetables in front of her without saying a word. It’s an easy way to sneak in some extra nutrition while she was waiting and hungry. This way, I didn’t have to worry about whether she ate her veggies during dinner because she’d already had them beforehand. I hope this tip works for other families too!
