@tylerpath: If you’re trying to train the obliques on a russian twist as best as you can, you want to be thinking about turning at the elbows instead of just your hands. To emphasize twisting in the tranverse plane, I recommend even turning your head side to side. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
