Rengoku kept up with Akaza the whole time. And before he met Akaza he was using multiple breathing style which weakens the hashira. Also you can never prove Akaza wasn’t trying 🤦🏻

Actually no rengoku would die cuz of the poison the only reason tengen won is cuz he sort of adapted to the poison just cuz he was a ninja that practiced to be immune

What the actual heck. There’s no way he beats Gyutaro. He’s so close range. And fights with power, not combat speed. Let along dealing with Daki’s long range belts. No way

I’d personally say no hashira can beat gyutaro except gyomei and tengen cuz gyomei won’t get hit and tengen has poison resistance

I see your point, but Rengoku can’t beat gyutarou because it’s stated that gyutarou is stronger if he fought alone without daki, even if he fights daki as well, he would have to dexapitate both of em

Rengoku could high diff Gyutaro, but together with his sister they are stronger. Rengoku would also need the Mark to defeat them.

Rengoku is underrated in my opinion, the reason he lost is because he had so much fight spirit and akaza can predict his moves because of that

I think rengoku would win but he would die after the fight due to guyurato’s bda (the poison things) beacsue the only reason regent survived was beacsue he adapted to the poison.
