Not a DMV native, moved here for law school. Was recommended and told I’d love the food and that it would be similar to NYC. I found this to be untrue and am constantly trying to figure out whether I’m in the mood to eat from the few places I do enjoy their foods. I also learned, even if I do enjoy the food at a spot, some days are hit or misses, I just wish there were better options and consistency.
