you are misunderstanding the original question, the conveyer belt would go in the opposite direction to what you said. the plane would stay stationary and no lift would be created

The plane itself is stationary, with no airflow over the wings. Without airflow over the wings it will not take off, regardless of what the engines or anything else is doing.

The conveyor wouldn’t spin the way you say, it says opposite direction, you have them both spinning anti clockwise
